I love the way that you ahve captured the clearing with out the fog too.
There is a good combination of light and grey between the trees, and the perspective is good.
I feel like I could walk through this picture quite easily.
It is very effective.
Fog is very mysterious and alluring, I think nature picture have to have an ellement of oppertunity to them and I belive you were fortunate to be able to sieze this when you did.
I would love to see this in an evening shot.
Maybe you could play around with filter shots some time with a similar view too.
All in all I think this is beautiful, a well produced picture, and a joy to look at.
